Couples Coaching
Leadership. Trust. Intimacy. Clarity.
I didn’t come from a healthy model of love and family. My early life was marked by brokenness, conflict, and emotional confusion, and I carried those dynamics into my adult relationships.
It wasn’t until I did the deep, painful work of healing, growing in faith, and learning how to lead myself that things began to change. Today, I’m a married man, a father of two, and I’ve seen firsthand what’s possible when a couple chooses to rebuild—intentionally, honestly, and with the right tools.
My work is now devoted to helping other couples do the same.
Since 2021, I’ve helped men and women restore their relationships, rebuild trust, deepen connection, and rediscover unity in marriage. Whether you’re in a crisis moment or just feeling stuck in patterns you can’t break, you don’t have to walk this alone.
In Our Coaching Together, I’ll Help You:
- Restore masculine and feminine principles, so you stop clashing and start complementing
- Let go of unresolved resentment, frustration, or betrayal
- Learn to communicate more clearly, calmly, and effectively
- Resolve recurring conflicts and break toxic patterns
- Rebuild trust, emotional connection, and intimacy
- Clarify roles and expectations in your marriage
- Realign your relationship with God’s design for marriage and family
If you’re tired of going in circles, if you’re ready to stop surviving and start building something strong again, I can help.

What Makes This Different?
This isn’t therapy.
This isn’t clinical.
This isn’t surface-level advice.
I’m not a psychologist, therapist, or counselor. I’m a husband and father who’s lived through the dysfunction, done the hard work, and come out the other side. For the last 4 years, I’ve helped couples cut through the noise, get back on the same page, and rebuild a marriage that actually works.
This is real-life coaching, grounded in lived experience, traditional values, and the unshakable belief that healing is possible when two people are willing to show up and do the work.
What I Specialize In
Couples come to me when they’re stuck—and they leave with clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.
I specialize in helping couples:
Get back on the same page after months (or years) of tension
Clear out old resentment, anger, and bitterness
Rebuild trust and safety after conflict or betrayal
Learn to forgive—and actually move forward
Understand their unique masculine and feminine roles
Reconnect emotionally, spiritually, and physically
Create a fresh vision for their future, together
Who This Is For
This coaching is for couples who are:
Feeling distant, discouraged, or disconnected
Struggling to communicate without arguing or shutting down
Carrying unresolved pain, resentment, or regret
Ready to break old cycles and build new rhythms
Committed to doing the work, together!
Disclaimer: It’s not for couples who just want to vent, blame, or stay stuck. This is for those who want change, who want to heal, and who are willing to take responsibility for the marriage they’re building.
A Fresh Start Is Possible
You’re not too far gone. You’re not too broken. You just need a path forward.
And sometimes, you just need someone outside the relationship who can help you see clearly, communicate better, and get back to what really matters. That’s what I’m here for.
FAQ
Q: Is this like therapy or counseling?
No. I’m not a licensed therapist. I’m a coach—someone who’s lived the journey and now helps others through it. My approach is practical, honest, and rooted in traditional values, spiritual truth, and lived experience.
Q: What kind of couples do you work with?
I work with married or seriously committed couples who are struggling with communication, polarity, trust, or general disconnection—and who want to do the work to get back on the same page.
Q: Is this faith-based coaching?
While I come from a Christian worldview, I don’t force that onto anyone. I work with people of faith, people exploring faith, and even couples who don’t share the same beliefs—as long as there’s a shared commitment to growth.
Q: Do you meet with both partners together or individually?
Typically, I meet with both of you together. In some cases, individual sessions may be recommended as part of the process.
Q: How long do couples typically work with you?
Every couple is different, but my goal is always the same: to help you resolve your issues as efficiently and effectively as possible. Most couples begin to see real momentum within the first few sessions, and after 6–8 sessions, many are in a place where they can start meeting with me less frequently. I’m not interested in keeping you dependent. I want to help you stand on your own two feet and move forward with clarity, confidence, and renewed connection.
Q: How do we know if this is the right fit?
Book a free 15-minute intro call. We’ll talk through your situation, what you’re looking for, and whether or not I’m the right person to walk alongside you.
What to Expect
I’m not here to coddle you. I’m here to help you change.
I coach with intensity, clarity, and conviction. I’ll say the things you need to hear, not just what’s easy to hear. One of my greatest strengths is cutting through the noise and getting right to the heart of what’s holding you back.
If you’re ready for truth, leadership, and real transformation… this is for you.
